What's the role about?
As a QA Engineer, you’ll operate as a key quality advocate in a fast-paced Agile environment, supporting solutions for pharmaceutical companies that require high accuracy and careful handling of sensitive data. You will lead QA efforts across multiple projects, driving test strategy, expanding manual and automated coverage, and proactively identifying risks, edge cases, and contingency plans early in the development lifecycle. This role requires close collaboration with product and engineering teams, contributing to continuous improvement while providing deep insight into system behavior. We’re seeking a senior, high-performing professional with strong technical expertise and leadership qualities, someone who can anticipate challenges, ask the right questions, and thrive in complex, cross-functional environments.
What do we require from you?
- 8+ years of experience in software testing and QA, with increasing responsibility in senior or lead roles.
- Strong expertise in web application testing across functional, regression, exploratory, and system testing.
- Proven experience designing, maintaining, and executing test strategies and test plans at scale.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web architectures.
- Experience with API testing and backend validation; SQL proficiency required,
- Experience writing clear, structured, and high-quality defect reports in tools such as JIRA.
- Familiarity with version control and collaboration tools such as GitHub.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and build tools such as Jenkins and AWS.
- Comfortable using developer tools (Chrome DevTools, logs, debugging techniques).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced English level.
